Group Training Online

Don’t let the current Covid-19 situation stop you looking after your health and fitness. In fact, now is the time to exercise for that physical and mental wellbeing.

Join my group sessions online via the application Zoom. It’s super easy to use and there is no cost to use it. Just download it from Zoom and register an account.

Simply book and pay for your sessions through my online booking system   20 minutes prior to the session I will message you the unique meeting code and password for our Zoom session.

Lots of different options when it comes session payments. Either purchase a Weekly Group and Mat Pilates Pass for $30 which gives you unlimited sessions for the week or pay as you go with a One Session Pass.

Group training sessions are a mix of bodyweight and resistance exercises in an interval training format. Sessions run for 45 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Equipment can be borrowed from me if you don’t have your own or KMart is an excellent low cost provider of fitness equipment. All you will need is your own mat and have a towel and water bottle handy!

Don’t worry if you don’t have a lot of space. Your loungeroom, bedroom, or the garage will be all the space you need. Get outdoors in the backyard on a nice day.
