Mat Pilates classes are the perfect session to tone, strengthen, stretch and mobilize your body.
Mat Pilates classes give you a full body workout. You will feel the benefits of improved posture, increased core strength, reduced back pain, improved flexibility and whole body conditioning.
My classes are based on the original mat exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, the inventor of the Pilates method. To get the most out of your classes, you are encouraged to be consistent with your attendance… Pilates is a process and takes practice to master!
So no matter what your age or condition, these Mat Pilates classes will work for you. Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system to help you look and feel your very best by teaching awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement.
All Mat Pilates classes are online via the application Zoom. It’s super easy to use and there is no cost to use it. Just download it from https://zoom.us/ and register an account.
Simply book and pay for your sessions through my online booking system https://precisionpt.book.app/ . 20 minutes prior to the session I will message you the unique meeting code and password for our Zoom session.
There are different options when it comes session payments. You can purchase a Weekly Pass for $30 which gives you unlimited sessions for the week or pay as you go with a One Session Pass.
In our Mat Pilates classes your body and a mat is all the equipment you need. We do use equipment in some of the sessions, so talk to me about different options. Sessions run for 45 minutes and are suitable for all levels.
Not much space? No problem. Room for your mat is all you will need. Your loungeroom, bedroom, or the garage will be all the space you need. Get outdoors in the backyard on a nice day!
