Personal Training to your specific needs
Personal training is just as it says - "Personal"
Are you ready to make a change? Are you committed to the process ahead? What will I do to help you?
If your answer is yes, here's what I will do:
Firstly, a health and fitness consultation including information on your current fitness level, nutrition, medical and personal information.
Secondly, lets work together to set S.M.A.R.T. goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time Based) which will keep you accountable and motivated.
Thirdly, health and fitness assessments to be undertaken as a benchmark for your progress. To keep you committed and on track, reviews of your progress are conducted every 4 weeks.
Finally, tailor your program to your specific needs including nutritional advice and home programs if required.
What's important to me? During your personal training sessions you do what you need to do and what you want to do.
By that I mean:
What your body needs. It could be any of the components of fitness ( Flexibility, Mobility, Strength or Cardio). Body balance is important to stay injury free.
What you want to do. You may love to run, box or lift heavy weights. Fun sessions are important. If you're enjoying the workouts you'll be more likely to stay committed.
My role is to ensure that your technique is correct with precise exercise instruction and demonstration. If I can educate you to move your body safely
then you are more likely to adhere to exercise for the long term.
